Mrs. Osai attended University of Nigeria Nssuka, Nigeria and Columbia University, New York, USA where she obtained BA Languages (1978) and MBA (1983) respectively. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
She has worked with several organizations including Chase Merchant Bank, Nigeria International Bank, First City Merchant Bank. Her experience covers project management, portfolio management, credit management and corporate finance. She is currently a Non-Executive Director in ICMG Securities Limited.
